Shipping within the continental USA:

Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. If the sculpture is considered oversized, 7-10 business days. A sculpture can be considered oversized if it is 2 ft in any dimension, you will receive a notification if you sculpture is oversized.

 

International shipping:

If you are an international admirer, we can ship to you! International shipping costs are variable. Please email us with the item(s) you're interested in and your shipping address to [email protected] and we can provide a shipping quote and complete your transaction.

 

Insurance:

All purchases are fully insured for loss or damage during transit. Our packing team uses an expansion foam that forms to the contours of your sculpture, creating a custom mold to keep it safe. Less than 1% of our packages have been damaged.

 

Receiving a damaged sculpture:

If you receive a sculpture that has been damaged during transit, we are sorry your package wasn't treated with care! Don't worry, we will take care of you. Please follow the steps below.

Email the 2 items below to [email protected]:

1) 2-5 Photos : Outside of the package and the sculpture in the box (as you found it and capturing the damaged area).

2) A 1-3 sentence description of the box condition and the damage that occurred.

Example - "Hello, when we received the box, a corner was crushing and the side was dented. The fish's tail is broken."

3) Allow 3-4 weeks for the insurance claim to process. You will either receive a refund or the sculpture can be repaired depending on the type of damage.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of the art, all sales are final.
